At 10:02 you tell Louis in Slack you’ll send the API docs. At 10:03 the task is on your list. At four you send them, and it’s crossed off before you look. Nothing lost. Nothing stale. That’s a list that keeps itself current.
Sharpy is a to-do list for Mac that keeps itself current. It builds one list from your chats, mail, calendar, calls and screen, and from tools you connect such as Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion and Todoist. Each task links back to the moment it came from. Done tasks close on their own, stale ones offer to be dropped or moved, and one task sits on top as the thing to do right now. Your history is stored on your Mac. AI features send relevant context to cloud models, including when building your list. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor can read and update the list through MCP. Sharpy runs on Macs with Apple silicon and can be downloaded today; Windows and Linux users can join the waitlist.
